With over 15 years of experience fishing the Galveston Bay complex, Captain Mike is a seasoned angler and expert guide who is passionate about sharing his love for the water and fishing with others. Boating, fishing, and being on the water have been a central part of Captain Mike's life for many years. He has spent countless hours exploring the bay and honing his fishing skills, and is always eager to share his knowledge and experience with others.


In addition to guiding fishing charters, Captain Mike has also participated in many charity tournaments and has helped prepare many anglers for such competitions. He understands the thrill of the chase and is dedicated to helping his clients catch the biggest and most challenging fish possible. Captain Mike's biggest catch to date is a 29-inch speckled trout, which he caught in Galveston Bay. This impressive catch is a testament to his skill and expertise as an angler, and is just one example of the many exciting fishing opportunities that await those who book a charter with Corks and Croakers.

You will fish aboard our comfortable and reliable 22'Sea Pro bay boat. Originally built in 2004, Sea Pro is powered by a 150HP 2021 Mercury 150 fourstroke engine, which provides plenty of power and speed to get you to the best fishing spots quickly and efficiently. With a maximum cruising speed of 40 knots, you'll spend less time traveling and more time fishing.

- Complimentary drinks water and Gatorade waiting for you onboard. - -- You will get a hassle-free cleaning and filleting of your catch as the captain will do it for you when you get back on the dock. You'll just need to enjoy your day on the water.

Note


- Live bait is customary pay. 15$ a dozen croakers and 25$ a quart of shrimp.

- Tipping is appreciated and 20% is standard for a job well done.

- Balance can be paid with your credit card on file or in cash.

- Fishing Licenses required, please purchase in advance


DEPOSIT: A deposit is required for all bookings and will be applied at checkout 

 

BALANCE: The remaining balance is due on the trip date as either Credit or Cash.  

 

GUEST CANCELLATION: In the event that you must cancel your booking, you must do so 7 days prior to your trip date to receive a refund on your deposit. Rescheduling is encouraged and dependent on guide availability. 

 

GUIDE CANCELLATION: In the rare event that your guide must cancel due to inclement weather, health, or equipment issues, you will have the option to reschedule your charter for a later date or receive a refund on your deposit. 

 

TIPPING: Tips to your guide are greatly appreciated for your quality trip.
